Jim Gordon – Operations Manager

Keeping daily operations flowing smoothly and efficiently makes Jim Gordon one of the most essential members of ETL’s leadership team. Jim makes crucial decisions on a daily basis, contributing largely to the success of the company’s services and products.

Jim graduated in 2001 from CSU Stanislaus in Business Administration with a concentration in Management/Human Resource Management. For the past 9 years Jim has honed his skills working in Retail Management for Save Mart Supermarkets throughout Northern California. Notably, Jim used his skills to update Save Mart’s Retail Management Development Program.

In 2006, Jim signed on at ETL as Operations Manager, bringing his extensive background in management, human resources, and team building. Jim is responsible for day to day operations, including inventory, shipping and quality control.

Although Jim is our newest member of the leadership team, his enthusiastic involvement and strong work ethic have already made a huge impact. His involvement is integral and second to none.
